Won't the Government help me if I am affected by a disaster?
They will do their best. Government action requires the circumvention of tons of red tape and bureaucracy. Decisions will have to be made by people that may or may not be competent, and will be acting on what they believe is the best for the whole. We are not as interested in the whole as we are our own families. We believe that looking out for your own welfare is one of the responsibilities of being a free American.
Why doesn't my product look exactly like the one pictured?
The BUK-KIT Store is a growing business, and we are not yet in a position to source great wholesale deals with our suppliers. We will continue to strive to offer the highest quality products for the best prices and that will require our continued experimentation with different suppliers for the near future. We ensure you that the product your receive will be of equal or better quality and quantity then the one pictured on our site.
What is the expiration date on the contents of my BUK-KIT?
We strive, when ever possible, to use non-perishable products. In our efforts to provide you with the most complete kits possible, it will sometimes be necessary to include a product that does have an expiration date. We encourage you to monitor all perishable products and replace them as needed, even though many are actually still useful well after the listed expiration date.

Why are you encouraging me to make a purchase from another company?
You would not be buying prepping supplies unless you truly believed that your life may someday depend on them. It is with this in mind that we feel it is ethically important to stay within our own small niche and offer only what we feel we can be the best in the industry at. It’s better to do one thing RIGHT than a thousand things WRONG!

What is your return policy?
We want you to be fully satisfied. The Buk-kits direct product line will come with a 10 day refund policy, buyer pays return shipping. You can open the Buk-kit to inspect the contents but all items within the Buk-kit must be unopened and in their original packaging.
Wise Foods, Amazon, and our other endorsed providers with each provide their own return policy. We will list their return policies to the best of our abilities but will not be held responsible if a change in their policies go unnoticed and un-updated here.
